Hellar's leadership

would benefit city

There are people who care about the leadership of Sandpoint but do not live within the city limits and cannot vote in the mayoral election. We are people who shop, bank, go to school and use the library, hospital, theater, restaurants and other resources. The decisions of Sandpoint's leaders affect more than just the city's immediate citizens.

With that in mind, we urge all Sandpoint residents to consider the leadership attributes Gretchen Hellar would bring to the position of Sandpoint mayor. We've known Gretchen for 15 years. We know she is not only intelligent but wise, not only approachable but really listens, and not only concerned about the community but willing to do the work.
