LEGAL NOTICE

The Southwest and Magic Valley Regional offices of the Idaho Department of Fish and Game have been informed that due to drought conditions and high irrigation demands, Mountain Home Reservoir and Little Camas Reservoir will be drained by mid to late summer, 2007. Fish in these reservoirs will be killed as water levels drop and conditions become unstable.

Therefore, bag, possession, and size limits will be removed on Mountain Home Reservoir and Little Camas Reservoir and their outlets effective August 3, 2007. Fish may be taken by any method except firearms, explosives, chemicals, or electric current; effective August 3, 2007 through November 30, 2007. In accordance with Section 36-401, Idaho Code, a valid Idaho fishing license is required to salvage fish.
