NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearings at the following times on Wednesday, August 29, 2007, in Courtroom No. 4 of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:
1:30 P.M. - FILE SS1465-07 - KINZER SUBDIVISION - PRELIMINARY PLAT - JACKIE KINZER is proposing to subdivide a 15.03-acre parcel into two lots of +/-7.5 acres each. The subject property is zoned Rural and is located off of Lakeshore Drive just north of the Dufort Road intersection, +/-13 miles west of Sandpoint in Section 21, Township 56 North, Range 3 West, B.M.
1:45 P.M. - FILES C873-07 - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT & PUBLIC/PRIVATE UTILITY COMPLEX (WATER SYSTEM), S1462-07 - BALSAM HEIGHTS - PRELIMINARY PLAT - JUNCO ENTERPRISES, LLC - is seeking approval for a small-scale planned unit development and subdivision of 18.6 acres into 9 residential lots and +/-5.3 acres of common area. The applicant is also seeking approval for a private community water system. The site is zoned Suburban and is located off of Gooby Road, 2 miles northwest of Sandpoint in Section 17, Township 57 North, Range 2 West, B.M. The Planning & Zoning Commission at its regularly scheduled public hearing of July 23rd recommended approval of these applications to the Board of County Commissioners.
Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearings to verify if these items will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.

IN THE EVENT THAT OCCUPANCY OF THE BOARD ROOM EXCEEDS FIRE CODE STANDARDS, THE HEARINGS COULD BE RELOCATED TO ANOTHER PUBLIC LOCATION WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. SIGNS WILL BE POSTED IDENTIFYING THE NEW LOCATION.
