UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR, BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT, Coeur d'Alene Field Office, 3815 Schreiber Way, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83815.

Under the provsions of the Act of December 22, 1928 (45 Stat. 1069), as amended by the Act of July 28, 1953 (67 Stat. 227; 43 U.S.C. 1068, 1068a, 1068b), Martin Family Trust of Post Office Box 72, Hope, Idaho 83836 has filed application IDI-34125 to claim the following described public land pursuant to the Color-of-Title Act of December 22, 1928 (45 Stat. 1069), as amended:

Containing 2.97 acres.

The purpose of this notice is to allow any persons asserting a claim to the land to file their objections with Janna Paronto, Realty Specialist, at the Bureau of Land Management, Coeur d'Alene Field Office, 3815 Schreiber Way, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho 83815. Any claim or objection must be filed within 30 days from the first date of publication of this notice, with evidence that a copy thereof has been served on the applicant.
