Notice of Sale

Whereas Notice of Claim of Lien was made and mailed by certified mail to:

Stephen Hull

P.O. Box 150, Ponderay, ID 83852

And WHEREAS, Stephen Hull has not paid the rent on the Self-Service Storage Unit No. 16 at the Lightning Creek Trailer Park and Mini Storage, NOW THEREFORE:

1. This notice of a public sale of property stored in Unit No. 16, as follows:

A. The Sale Location is 419 West 4th Ave., Clark Fork, ID 83811.

B. The date, time, and manner of the sale are September 1, 2007 at 10:00 am for General Auction, time and weather permitting.

C. The property is generally described as: General Storage goods not limited to: TV-DVD player, pickup toolbox, tools, bikes, stereo, camping gear, beds & frames, household, shop vac, sofa, garden tools, locked safe, and many more items.

D. The unit Lessee is the above named Stephen Hull at renters last known address.

E. Stephen Hull may pay the amount to satisfy the lien plus all costs and expenses incurred at any time before the advertised sale.

F. The sale shall be conducted in conformance with this notice.

G. The Lessor knows of no security interest in the property to be sold.

H. The proceeds of the sale of the property will be used to discharge the storage lien and auction costs; and the remainder, if any, paid to the lessee.

I. This Notice of Sale shall be published once per week for two (2) consecutive weeks, and the sale shall not be sooner than ten (10) days after the first publication.
