Notice of Hearing on Name Change

A Petition to change the name of Pamela Anne Porter, born 10-24-58 in Southbridge, Mass., residing at 108 WoodPecker Sandpoint, has been filed in Bonner County District Court, Idaho. The name will change to Pamela Anne Leone because of marriage and institutional resources (banks - DMV).

The petitioner's father has died and the names and addresses of his closest blood relatives are:

Cynthnia M. Gibbs, 1424 112 N. 2nd Ave. Kelso, Wash., 98626 and William E. Chabot, 6 Burr Dr. Dalon, Mass., 01226.

The petitioner's mother is living and her address is P.O. Box 1074, Priest River, ID.

A hearing on the petition is scheduled for 2 o'clock p.m. on Sept. 24, 2007, before the Honorable Debra Heise, at the County Courthouse. Objections may be filed by any person who can show the court a good reason against the name change.
