NOTICE OF APPLICATION

Pursuant to Secction 58-104(g) and 58-1301, et seq., Idaho Code (The Lake Protection Act) and rules of the State Board of Land Commissioners, notice is hereby given that Linger Longer Village (Rodger Bonneau) of 2374 Kalispel Bay Rd., Priest Lake, ID 83856 has made application to stabilize and maintain approximately 360 feet of beach frontage by removing existing rip rap and replace with several single log groins, staggered along the entire beach. Seasonally place a floating PVC pipe, wave energy dissipation boom, 300 feet in length attached between 2 swim docks. Replace the existing swim dock with 2 smaller swim docks; square foot coverage over lake would not change. Augment any lose of beach sand with specified high quality sand. Suction dredge annually displaced beach sand and discharge slurry back onto the beach. It is estimated that 130 yards of sand would be placed back on the beach each year. The dredge work would take place during the lake's seasonal low water period with filter barriers in place during dewatering of slurry. Located on Priest Lake, adjacent to Tax Number(s) 27, 29 & 30 Linger Longer Condo, Parcel Number RP 60N04W068200A, Section 6, Township 60 North, Range 4 West B.M.; in Bonner County.

Written objections to or requests for hearing in this matter must be on file with the Idaho Department of Lands, 4053 Cavanaugh Bay Rd, Coolin Idaho 83821 within thirty (30) days after the first appearance of this notice.
