Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the City of Clark Fork City Council, Bonner County, Idaho, will hold a public hearing to receive any and all testimony, both written and oral, concerning the proposed Water Resolution Fees Agreement for the City of Clark Fork to as follows: A. WATER USAGE CHARGES:

1. Residential Base Rate: $10.17 per user, every user will pay this whether water is used or not (each residence, mobile home or business supplied with water from a meter is considered a user). There may be more than one user or one meter. USER CHARGE: $1.36 per each 1,000 gallons pumped through the meter, (this charge is in addition to the base rate charge to all customers using water based on the meter reading). 2. Commercial Base Rate: (per meter size) $13.84-3/4", $18.32-1", $50.00-2", $125 3 & 4". User charge: $1.36 per each 1,000 gallons pumped through the meter, (this charge is in addition to the base rate charge to all customers using water based on the meter reading). B. DELINQUENT FEE: Failure to pay water charges within 30 days of the due date will be charged a $20.00 fee. C. CONNECT AND DISCONNECT FEES: (Water turn off or turn on during non-business hours) $25.00. There will be no charge or water turned on or off during normal business hours. D. WATER METER INSTALLATION AND SERVICE CONNECTION FEES: (per meter size) 1 inch-$5,000.00, 2 inch-$6,500.00, 3 inch-$8,500, 4 inch-$12,500.00. The City will provide all materials required but all fees must be paid prior to installation. E. PRIVATE WATER SYSTEM: Permit and Inspection Fee: $20.00. Water meters will be read at the end of each month and billing will be mailed to customers on the first day of each quarter. No credit will be given for water lost due to leakage of the property owners system. The Public Hearing will be held at the City of Clark Fork City Hall at a special meeting of the City Council on
