Pursuant to Section 58-104(g) and 58-1301, et seq., Idaho Code (The Lake Protection Act) and rules of the State Board of Land Commissioners, notice is hereby given that Roger and Janice Best dba Jeb and Margaret's Trailer Haven of 298 Trailer Haven Road - Hope, ID 83836 made application to install H pile and 4 concrete panels, construct and reconfigure marina docks, install 479' of steel and lumber breakwater, excavate fringes of boat basins, install 300' of riprap for erosion control and improve existing launch and access ramps in 2 existing boat basins. Located on Lake Pend Oreille, Idaho adjacent to: Section 16 & 21, Township 57 North, Range 1 East; B.M., in Bonner County.

Written objections to or requests for hearing in this matter must be on file with the Idaho Department of Lands, 2550 Highway 2 West, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864 within thirty (30) days after the first appearance of this notice.
