A Petition to change the name of Amanda L. Dills, born on 4/5/75 in Spokane, WA, residing at 392 Wild Turkey, Sandpoint, has been filed in Bonner County District Court, Idaho. The name change to Amanda L. Blossom because I am no longer married.

The petitioner's father is living and his address is 15404 E. 2th Court, pokane Valley, WA 99037 and The petitioner's mother is living and her address is 11702 Avendale Loop Hayden, ID 83835.
