NOTICE OF APPLICATION

Pursuant to Section 58-104(g) and 58-1301, et seq., Idaho Code (The Lake Protection Act) and rules of the State Board of Land Commissioners, notice is hereby given that Pend Oreille Bonner Development, LLC, Attn. Chuck Reeves of 151 Clubhouse Way - Sandpoint, ID 83864 made application to construct a 126 slip community dock facility, restore the shoreline to original configuration and eliminate an old boat basin which will consist of excavation and filling, construct a 250' fixed breakwater and reconstruct the outlet of Trestle Creek to improve fish passage. The facility will be known as the Idaho Club - Lakeside. Located on Lake Pend Oreille, Idaho adjacent to: Section 21, Township 57 North, Range 1 East; B.M., in Bonner County.

Written objections to or requests for hearing in this matter must be on file with the Idaho Department of Lands, 2550 Highway 2 West, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864 within thirty (30) days after the first appearance of this notice.
