Notice of Hearing on Name Change

A Petition to change the name of Shaunavee Bird, born 9-19-79 in Pocatello, ID, residing at 602 S. Ella, Sandpoint, has been filed in Bonner County District Court, Idaho. The name will change to Shaunavee Dick, because she has recently married Justin Dick.

The petitioner's father is living and his address is 116 S. 100 E. Logan, UT and the petitioner's mother is living and her address is 116 S. 100 E. Logan, UT.

A hearing on the petition is scheduled for 1:30 o'clock pm on January 16, 2008, at the County Courthouse. Objections may be filed by any person who can show the court a good reason against the name change.
