Teresa Coen, 63, passed away in Sandpoint, Idaho, on Monday, Dec. 17, 2007.
The Rosary/vigil service will be conducted at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2007 in Coffelt's Funeral Chapel.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 20, 2007. Father Dennis C. Day will conduct the services.
Interment will be in Pinecrest Memorial Park.
Friends may call at Coffelt Funeral Service from noon on Wednesday until time for the Vigil service to start.
Teresa was born in the Bronx, N.Y., in 1944. In 1962, she graduated from high school in Eldred, N.Y. On March 24, 1964, she married Charles Coen in Knnelon, N.J. She lived in New Jersey, and New York, moving to the Sandpoint area in 1977.
In 1982, she received her Life and Health insurance license.
For 11 years she worked for CEDU Education in Paradise Valley, near Bonners Ferry, Idaho. In 1999 she returned to selling insurance, working for the Harris Dean Co. She retired, for health reasons, in 2004.
The love of her life was her family, she enjoyed cooking and doing everything she could for her children and grandchildren. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and enjoyed crocheting.
She is survived by her husband, of 43 years, Charles Coen; seven daughters, Cathy (and Rick) Klontz; Suzy (and Bob) VanDenBerg, Andrea (and Brian) Ward, Dina (and Jody) Brown, Kristi (and Mike) Tomt, Nancy Williams and Lori (and Dustin) Reichart, all of Sandpoint. Also surviving are 13 grandchildren; two brothers, John Marcheso of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and Phil Marcheso of Maryland; and two sisters Rose Hanson-Marcheso and Elena Moreno, both of Virginia.
Her parents and a brother Louis preceded her in death.
