Troy (Poncho) Ramirez, 46

| February 3, 2007 8:00 PM

Troy (Poncho) Ramirez was born Aug. 25, 1960. He passed away Nov. 19, 2006.

Troy was a lot of things to a lot of people. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him and loved him.

He was a fine son to Nadine. They loved going on road trips and exploring new places together. He was a good brother to Tony, Tim, Teresa and Lisa as well as a great uncle to their children.

One of his greatest joys was getting to know his daughter, Jennifer, and his new grandson, Silas. We all know he loved them both dearly.

The love of Troy's life was Victoria. They had 22 years together.

Although Troy lived in Nevada, he called Idaho home. He loved Sandpoint and visiting his family here.

He loved four wheeling, fishing, camping and traveling.

Troy was a skilled carpenter and left his mark, building many fine homes in Lake Tahoe, Truckee and the surrounding areas.

We love you, Poncho, and miss you more than words can say. He is now with family who have crossed over, his father Louie Ramirez and grandmother Imogene Noel. That comforts us.

A memorial will be held on Saturday, Feb. 10, 2007, at 1 p.m. at the senior center in Clark Fork. All are invited to attend.
