Connie Rae Bowman, 52
Connie Rae Bowman, 52, passed away in Sandpoint, Idaho, on Monday, Feb. 5, 2007.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 8, 2007, in Coffelt's Funeral Chapel. Pastor Jeff Bradley, Calvary Chapel will officiate.
Connie was born in Sandpoint on Nov. 12, 1954, attending local schools and graduating from Sandpoint High School in 1972. She also attended North Idaho College in Coeur d'Alene.
She worked as a fry cook and then supervisor at Serv-A-Burger for 17 years retiring in 2006 for health reasons.
Connie was active as a leader in dog 4-H and also was a 4-H judge for dog shows. She was active in the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary and the American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed embroidery work and entering her projects in the Bonner County Fair. She attended the Calvary Chapel in Sandpoint.
She is survived by her mother, Georgia Leonard of Sandpoint; a sister, Dixie Lee Nush of Ponderay, Idaho; a brother, Ernest Arthur Bowman of Sandpoint; and two nephews, two nieces and two cousins.
Her father Leonard Leonard preceded her in death.
