Sandpoint Vacation Rentals announces move to new site

Sandpoint Vacation Rentals, LLC is moving to a new home.

The company has been just around the corner of Fifth and Pine at 510 Pine for the past three years. This old Victorian has been often described by locals as "the Gingerbread House" and has seen a variety of different businesses in its many years, including a real estate office, an antique store, a paint store and others.

The property management company moved to its new home at 606 S. Division St. on Feb. 8. Located a block off of the highway toward the lake, right on Division Street, their location is situated in an area of future commercial development.

"The building gives us a better layout for our type of business, much more space, and parking," said owner Maria Golphenee.

Sandpoint Vacation Rentals manages high end private homes and condos for short term and long term rentals. Most units are fully furnished and cater to visitors and local residents alike.
