Automotive wax will keep shower walls shiny, clean
As I sit here reflecting over the past year, I thought I would express my sincere appreciation to you, the reading audience, my clients, customers and friends for a wonderful year. The growth of my company has exceeded my wildest expectations.
I and our NWES family wish you, Bonner County residents, a very happy holiday season and may 2007 bless you with health, happiness and prosperity.
Thanks again for a wonderful year.
In cleaning related news, I received a call Sunday from a lady by the name of Jean. She wanted to know how to clean her shower stall walls. She was very frustrated because it did not matter what she tried, the stall walls still appeared to have soap scum on them. If you have similar problems, try this technique.
Clean your shower walls with the cheapest shampoo you can find. The shampoo will cut the body oil that has accumulated on them. After the walls have been cleaned, wipe them down with a solution of 30 percent vinegar and 70 percent water.
While the walls are drying, go to the automotive parts story and purchase the cheapest can of white/clear automotive paste wax. Do not buy the ones with color enhancement pigmentation in them. The color pigment will color your walls. After returning home, check your shower walls and see if they are thoroughly dry. If they are, apply the paste wax evenly throughout. Note: Do not wax the floors, if you do, they will be very slippery.
Once the wax has dried, buff to a brilliant shine. You will find that the soap scum will wipe right off after doing this process because the exposedopen pores of the shower wall surfaces are now resealed making the surface smooth — just like when it was new.
