NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Chapter 23, Title 67 of the Idaho Code, that the January 10, 2007 meeting of the Southside Water and Sewer District will be held at its regular time, 2:00 p.m. at the maintenance building at 1670 Lakeshore Drive, Sagle, Bonner County, Idaho. Beginning with the February 2007 meeting and for the next 11 months, the Southside Water and Sewer District shall regularly meet on the second Wednesday, of each month at 2:00 p.m. at 1670 Lakeshore Drive, Sagle, Bonner County, Idaho.

1. A special use request by Ford Elsaesser (to be assigned to a qualified 501 (c) (3) nonprofit

corporation/foundation) for an animal shelter in the commercial zone. Blocks 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Starrs First Addition, Located on the north side of Kootenai Cutoff Road west of McNearney Road. Known as the former Gunning properties. The Planning & Zoning commission has recommended denial.
