1:30 P.M. - FILE ZC322-06 - ZONE CHANGE REQUEST: RURAL TO RURAL SERVICE CENTER - MARK & TAMMY PALANIUK are seeking to rezone +/-4 acres located in the general Westmond area from Rural (5-acre minimums and residential/agricultural uses) to Rural Service Center District (10,000 square feet to 2.5-acre minimums and a mixture of residential, commercial and light-industrial uses).
