'Uglification' project was a huge success

The "uglification" project the county did on Camp Bay Road was a huge success.
Everyone likes looking at the stumps, bare rocks, scarred earth and barked trees better than the lousy job God did on them.
I think the money would have been much better spent repainting safety lines on Sagle Road, where the safety lines are virtually non-existent. But what do I know? I'm just a registered professional safety engineer.
