Formal sealed bids will be received by State of Idaho Military Division, at room 104, 4040 West Guard Street, Boise, Idaho 83707-5004 until 3:30 P.M. local time on July 19, 2007 for Project: Bonners Ferry Vehicle Parking Expansion. Bids will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date in room 104, 4040 West Guard Street, Boise, Idaho 83707-5004.

This project will be located at the Bonners Ferry Armory in Bonners Ferry, Idaho. The project will consist of the demolition of existing fencing and the installation of new perimeter fence. Project also includes construction of vehicle parking area to withstand medium traffic of high mobility multi wheeled vehicles (HMMWV'S) and 30 foot truck and trailers. Project will include excavation, re-use of existing materials and import of some base material. Vehicle parking and road access areas shall be compacted and graded to allow proper water drainage. Perimeter fencing shall be installed and shall match existing 7' high fencing.

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date. Facsimile proposals shall not be accepted. Plans, specifications, proposal forms and other information are on file for examination at the following locations.

A bid bond for 5% of the total bid amount, including add alternates is required. Contractors and Specialty Contractors must have a State of Idaho Public Works Contractors license appropriate for the work.
