NOTICE OF PUBLIC

HEARING

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Shelley Shannon, Associate Executive Director of the Idaho Health Facilities Authority (the "Authority"), or her designee, will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, July 25, 2007, at 11:00 a.m., at the offices of Valley Vista Care Corporation and Vista Community Housing Corporation, 820 Elm Street, St. Maries, Idaho, for the Authority regarding a plan to issue its Idaho Health Facilities Authority Revenue Refunding Bonds (Valley Vista Care Corporation Obligated Group) Series 2007A (the "Series 2007 Bonds") in the principal amount of not to exceed $17,000,000. The proceeds of the Series 2007 Bonds will be provided to Valley Vista Care Corporation and Vista Community Housing Corporation, Idaho non-profit corporations (collectively, the "Health Institution"), and used, together with other available funds: (i) to refinance the Authority's outstanding Revenue and Revenue Refunding Bonds (Valley Vista Care Corporation Obligated Group) Series 1999A; (ii) to fund a bond reserve fund; and (v) to pay certain expenses incurred in connection with the issuance of the Series 2007 Bonds. Valley Vista Care Corporation, or its affiliate, Vista Community Housing Corporation, will be the owner and operator of the facilities to be refinanced with the Series 2007 Bonds, which will be located at 820 Elm Street, St. Maries, Idaho; 220 S. Division, Sandpoint, Idaho; Highway 93, Darlington, Idaho; Highway 93, Mackay, Idaho; and 243 N. 300 East, Rupert, Idaho.

The public hearing referred to above is required by Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Interested persons wishing to express their views on the issuance of the Series 2007 Bonds or on the nature and location of the facilities proposed to be financed will be given an opportunity to do so at the public hearing or may, prior to the time of the hearing, submit written comments to Shelley Shannon, Associate Executive Director, Idaho Health Facilities Authority, 1607 W.
