LEGAL NOTICE

The spring Chinook run to the upper Snake River is essentially complete. Oregon is closing their spring Chinook fishery on July 2 for this river managed jointly by Oregon and Idaho. Pursuant to his authority under Idaho Code Section 36-106 (e)(6)(A), the Idaho Department of Fish and Game Director hereby closes the spring Chinook salmon season on the Snake River from the Dug Bar boat ramp upstream to Hells Canyon Dam at the end of fishing hours on July 2.

Copies of Order 07-27 are available at the Idaho Department of Fish and Game headquarters office, 600 South Walnut Avenue, Boise, Idaho 83712.
