EMMA RETTA LANDRUS, husband and wife, deceased any unknown heirs and/or devisees of any of the above named parties, and any unknown owners of, and all parties claiming an interest in and to the following described property, to-wit:
Lots 8 and 9 of Poirier's First Addition to Blanchard, Bonner County, Idaho, according to the plat thereof, Recorded in Bonner County, Idaho, EXCEPT the East 12 Feet of Lot 9 thereof, Bonner County, State of Idaho.

LANDRUS and EMMA RETTA LANDRUS, husband and wife, deceased, and any unknown heirs and/or devises of any of the above named parties, and any unknown owners of, and all parties claiming an interest in and to the above captioned property.
You have been sued by WALTER EARL LANDRUS, the Plaintiff, in the District Court in and for Bonner County, Idaho, Case No. CV-2007-00768.
The nature of the claim against you is an action for quiet title.
Any time after 20 days following the last publication of this summons, the court may enter a judgment against you without further notice, unless prior to that time you have filed a written response in the proper form, including the Case No., and paid any required filing fee to the Clerk of the Court at 215 S. 1st Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, and served a copy of your response on the Plaintiff's attorney, Kenneth T.
