Notice of Hearing on Name Change

A Petition to change the name of Darla James, born April 19, 1974, in Murray, Utah, residing at 423 Meadowlark Lane, Oldtown, has been filed in Bonner County District Court, Idaho. The name will change to Zipporah David, I want to change my name because adopt an old family name.

The petitioner's father is living and his address is 423 Meadowlark Lane Oldtown, Idaho 83822-9244.

The petitioner's mother is living and her address is 3837 S. Chase Street Denver, Colorado 80235.

A hearing on the petition is scheduled for 9:30 o'clock a.m. on August 21, 2007, at the County Courthouse. Objections may be filed by any person who can show the court a good reason against the name change.
