CLAYTON LEE, a single person; and any unknown heirs and devisees of the above named party now deceased and any spouse of the above named party; and DOES 1 THROUGH 10, as to that certain real property described as: E. 425 Ft of NW, Less Tax 5, Unit 15; Tax 5, Unit 15 in D.D. 7 N & 2 of HOODOO CREEK, Bonner County, Idaho.
