NOTICE OF ELECTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the INDEPENDENT HIGHWAY DISTRICT will be conducting an Election for the selection of one Highway District Commissioner as per Idaho Code 40-1305. The election is to be held on Tuesday, the 7th day of August, 2007, on which day Polls will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the VFW Hall, 1325 Pine Street, Sandpoint, Idaho.

Any person residing within the boundaries of the Sandpoint Independent Highway District and who possess all the qualifications of an elector under the general laws of Idaho, is entitled to vote at this election
