A Petition to change the name of Scott Bradley Brown, born February 2, 1988, in Palouse, Washington, residing at 1201 Forsythia Ave., Sandpoint, has been filed in Bonner County District Court, Idaho. The name will change to Cobie Bradley Brankshire, I want to change my name for religious reasons.
