PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearings at the following times on Wednesday, June 20, 2007, in the Board Room of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:

1:30 P.M. - FILE SS1482-07 - THE PLAT OF REWOP 29 - PRELIMINARY PLAT - WILLIAM POWER is seeking preliminary plat approval to subdivide a +/-20.37-acre parcel into two lots of +/-10.18 and +/-10.19 acres. The site is zoned Rural and is located off of Clagstone Road, +/-8.5 miles north of the City of Athol, in Section 27, Township 54 North, Range 4 West, B.M.

1:45 P.M. - FILE S1442-06 - HORSESHOE ACRES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - DAVIS, TROY & BONNITA are requesting approval to subdivide a 63.78 acre parcel into 6 lots of 10 to12.88 acres in size. The site is zoned Rural and is located off of Peninsula Road, +/-7 miles northeast of the City of Priest River in Section 19, Township 57N, Range 4W. The Bonner County Planning & Zoning Commission at its regularly scheduled public hearing of May 3rd recommended approval of this application to the Board of County Commissioners.

2:00 P.M. - FILE S1452-06 - VAN DER HEIJDEN - PRELIMINARY PLAT - HUCO AMERICA, INC. are requesting approval to subdivide a +/-33.72 acre parcel of land into five lots ranging from 5.01 to 10.04 acres. The site is zoned Rural and is located off of Eastside Road and East River Road, +/-20 miles northeast of the City of Priest River in Section 14, Township 58N, Range 4W. The Bonner County Planning & Zoning Commission at its regularly scheduled public hearing of May 3rd recommended approval of this application to the Board of County Commissioners.

2:15 P.M. - FILE SS1450-06 - DOMINION HILL - PRELIMINARY PLAT - TIMOTHY & KERI HILL are requesting preliminary plat approval to subdivide 13.4 acres into two lots of 6.2 and 7.2 acres. The property is located +/-7 miles southwest of Sandpoint on Lakeshore Drive. The property is zoned Rural and is located in Section 1, Township 56 North, Range 3 West, B.M.

2:30 P.M. - FILES C869-06 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND S1446-06 SALISHAN POINT - PRELIMINARY PLAT - EAGLE POINT PROPERTIES is seeking approval for a planned unit development and public utility complex facility (C869-06) and a preliminary plat (S1446-06) to subdivide two parcels with total of +/-50.87 acres into 24 lots, between +/-.62 and +/-1.87 acres in size, and a common area. The site is zoned Suburban 1/3, and is located +/-18 miles southwest of the city of Sandpoint in Section 2, Township 55 North, Range 4 West, B.M. The Bonner County Planning & Zoning Commission at its regularly scheduled public hearing of May 3rd recommended approval of these applications to the Board of County Commissioners.
