PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Sandpoint City Council will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting on June 20, 2007 to hear public testimony regarding proposed increased fees and late fees for overtime parking violations to be effective July 1, 2007. The first overtime parking violation shall be a courtesy warning. The next violation shall be a $10.00 fee, no change from the current fee. Subsequent violations during a one-year period would be increased by $15.00 to $25.00 for each overtime parking violation. Fees and fines for other parking violations shall remain unchanged.

The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, ID.
