Whereas Notice of Claim of Lien was made and mailed by certified mail to:

And WHEREAS, Kimberly Fricke has not paid rent on the Self-Service Storage Unit No. 29 at the Lightning Creek Trailer Park and Mini Storage, NOW THEREFORE:
1. This is notice of a public sale of property stored in the Self-Service Unit No. 29, as follows:
A. The Sale Location is Lightning Creek Mini Storage at 419 west 4th Street Clark Fork, Idaho.
B. The date, time, and manner of the sale are June 30, 2007 at 10:00 am for General Auction
C. The property is gener- ally described as: TV's, Stereo system,
cassettes (100's),
Antique bottles and glass, ceramics, Com- pound Bow, LP's, Fish
Tanks, Tables, Lead
GlassWindows, Frames, Antique Kids
Toys, Recliners, Pic- tures, And Much More.
D. The unit Lessee is the above named Kimber- ly Fricke at her last known address.
E. Kimberly Fricke may pay the amount to sat- isfy the lien plus all costs and expenses in- curred at any time be- fore the advertised sale.
F. The sale shall be con- ducted in confor- mance with this no- tice.
G. The Lessor knows of no security interest in the property to be sold.
H. The proceeds of the sale of the property will be used to dis- charge the storage lien and costs; and the
remainder, if any, paid
to the lessee.
2. This Notice of Sale shall be published once per week for two (2) consecu- tive weeks, and the sale shall not be sooner than ten (10) days after the first publication.
