Hope Jones, 94

Hope Jones, 94, Lee's Summit, Mo., formerly of Sandpoint, Idaho, died Thursday, June 7, 2007, at Kansas City Hospice House.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. on June 23, 2007, at Pine Crest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to KC Hospice and Palliative Care, 9221 Ward Parkway, Ste 100, Kansas City, MO 64114.

Hope was preceded in death by her husband, Clayton Jones; sisters Esther Reed and Jeanne Evans; brother Hugh Whitmore; son Roger Jones; grandson Kevin Bennett; and granddaughter Anita Cranor. She is survived by four children, 13 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and her sister, Barbara Blood.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Cremation Society of Kansas and Missouri.
