Form 990-PF, for Cloudsledge Conservation Trust (Cloudsledge Foundation), is available for inspection at 218 Cedar Street, Suite 203, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, (telephone: 208-265-9564) between 9:00 am. and 5:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday to any citizen who so requests inspection within 180 days after this notice. Terry Jensen, at that address, has been designated as the general manager trustee of the foundation.
