You are hereby notified that the Kootenai Ponderay Sewer District ("District") of Bonner County, Idaho has adopted additional rules and regulations which are applicable to certain industrial users/industrial dischargers, as defined in the resolutions, ordinances and bylaws of the District. You are entitled to a copy of these rules and regulations and may obtain a copy from the District office located at:

You should also be notified that certain industrial users/industrial dischargers are required to complete a Zero Discharge Permit For Industrial Users ("Permit") and have it on file with the District on or before August 1, 2007. If you are located within the boundaries of the District and may fit the definition of an industrial user/discharger, you are invited to obtain a copy of the Permit to complete before August 1, 2007.

Failure to comply with the rules and regulations of the District and/or to complete the Permit may result in fines or penalties levied by the District or a discontinuation of service by or from the District.
