NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given that the Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission shall conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, the 11th day of July, 2007, at Ponderay City Hall, 288 4th Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. Said hearing is for the purpose of public input for the following:

1. A request by Doug Visser for a special use permit for rental warehouses in the Industrial Zone. The property is described as S11-T57N-R2W, Tax 10 less Tax 60. Located at 31564 Hwy 200. Known as the Dad's Auto Wrecking property.

A full legal description of the above property is available from the City Clerk upon request. Written comments over one (1) page in length must be received by the City of Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission, P.O. Box 500, Ponderay, Idaho 83852, one week prior to the hearing date.
