NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE is hereby given that the Ponderay City Council shall conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, the 16d day of July, 2007, at Ponderay City Hall, 288 4th Street, commencing at 6:00 p.m. Said hearing is for the purpose of public input for the following:

1. A petition by Durell & Gale Harbison to vacate a portion of Ash Street right of way lying

south of the south line of un-constructed First Street right of way.

Written comments must be received by the Ponderay City Council, P.O. Box 500, Ponderay, Idaho 83852, one week prior to the hearing date. Any person needing special accommodations to participate in the above noticed meeting should contact the City Clerk's office five (5) days prior to the meeting at 265-5468 or by mail. The file may be reviewed at the City Clerk's office.
