PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The City of Dover Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a continuatioin of a public hearing on July 19, 2007 beginning at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of taking public testimony regarding amending Ordinance 75 so as to establish a uniform method of measuring and determining building height of new construction. The Planning and Zoning Commission is to make an ordinance recommendation to the City Council.

The Dover Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on this matter beginning at 6:00 p.m., July 19, 2007 at the Dover City Hall, at 699 Lakeshore Avenue, Dover, Idaho. Copies of existing ordinance provisions are available for public review during regular business hours by contacting 265-8339 or 263-4720. Public comment is encouraged.
