Byway bashers at it again

| June 30, 2007 9:00 PM

With hypocritical, selective environmental law arguments what are Mr. Bordenave's and Ms. Sedler's environmental credentials in their capacity as self appointed representatives of all our interests? Realtor's license, an art degree?

What's being hidden as when asked recently on KSPT for a list of NICAN members, Ms. Sedler's response: "I don't have that information."

Name calling? Like when Mr. Bordenave called Mr. Keyes; 'stupid and uninformed' on the Bee's blog after the publisher's courageous endorsement of the Byway?

Being self righteous and arrogant are not facts, except when describing Mr. Bordenave. Example, when he started as DSBA president, the wife of a gentleman I know, quit in disgust over his attitude.

I finally met a disciple of the tunnel guy and employee of a leading Byway opponent. Their argument is as substantial as cotton candy, delivered with a typical smirking, condescending, patronizing demeanor.

Search for 'Russian Tunnel of Death' on Youtube.com, then we'll talk safety as it applies to a tunnel.

Once again, it's the 'Byway on the Bank' of "stinky old Sandcreek, as Eagles spokesman Tim Tarr recently referred to it.

If all voting age Byway supporters stood on one side of U.S. 95 and those against stood on the other side, would Mr. Bordenave acknowledge the majority. No, he'd likely demand a recount then say it doesn't matter anyway as he's always right.
