NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearings at the following times on Wednesday, July 18, 2007, in the Board Room of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:

1:30 P.M. - FILE SS1349-06 - OLSON ESTATES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - REED & LESLI OLSON AND AKID LLC are requesting to subdivide two parcels totaling 20 acres into four lots of 5 acres each. The site is zoned Rural and is located off of Blanchard Cut-off Road "6 miles north of the City of Spirit Lake in Section 23, Township 54 North, Range 5 West.

1:45 P.M. - FILE S1432-06 - INMAN PLAT 1ST ADDITION - PRELIMINARY PLAT - FRANK & DEBBIE INMAN are proposing to subdivide a -34.82 acre parcel into a single lot of 2.5 acres, with a designated remainder of -32.32 acres, The subject property is zoned Suburban and is accessed by McGhee Road in Section 1, Township 57 North, Range 2 West, B.M., -1 mile north of Ponderay. The Planning & Zoning Commission at its regularly scheduled public hearing of June 7th recommended approval of this application to the Board of County Commissioners.

2:00 P.M. - FILE SS1422-06 -DREW S LOTS - PRELIMINARY PLAT - DREW CARR is proposing to subdivide a -13.45-acre parcel into two lots of -7.1 and -6.34 acres. The subject property is zoned Rural and is accessed by Upper Gold Creek Road in Section 33, Township 59 North, Range I East, B.M., 13 miles northeast of the city of Kootenai.

2:15 P.M. - FILE SS1382-06 - OLMSTEAD WEST RUNWAY ACRES - MERLE & ANGELA OLMSTEAD are proposing to subdivide a -21.4-acre parcel into two lots of 13.7 acres and 7.7 acres. The subject property is zoned Rural, and is located off of Boyer Avenue, -3 miles north of Sandpoint in Section 26, Township 58 North, Range 2 West, B.M.

Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearings to verify if these items will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.

IN THE EVENT THAT OCCUPANCY OF THE BOARD ROOM EXCEEDS FIRE CODE STANDARDS, THE HEARINGS COULD BE RELOCATED TO ANOTHER PUBLIC LOCATION WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. SIGNS WILL BE POSTED IDENTIFYING THE NEW LOCATION.
