NOTICE OF APPLICATION

Pursuant to Section 58-104(g) and 58-1301, et seq., Idaho Code (The Lake Protection Act) and rules of the State Board of Land Commissioners, notice is hereby given that Elkins on Priest Lake, LLC (Mike Szybnski), 404 Elkins Rd., Nordman, ID 83848 has made application to rebuild in kind the existing commercial docks 'A' (18 slips, covered), 'B' (18 slips, covered), 'C' (14 slips) and 'D' (8 slips). Also proposed is the new construction of dock 'E' with an 8' X 160' floating walkway, 10 new slips, a connecting 8' X 218' floating walkway between docks 'D' and 'E' and 3 pilings. A fueling facility, floating dock 8' X 80' with 24' X 40' floating platform that will support a 12' X 20' single story, frame, marine supply building, a commerical fueling pump and 2 pilings. The above described facilities will be within the existing breakwater area. Proposed outside of the breakwater is the new construction of floating dock 'F' 8' X 112' with an 8' X 56' 'T', 14 slips and 4 pilings. There is to be a total of 82 commercial slips. The entire facility will require code specified electrical service and a code specified over water petroleum supply line and commerical fuel pump to be state inspected and approved prior to use.
