WHEREAS, Idaho Code 67-2808 provides that the Board of County Commissioners may, if it is found competitive solicitation is impractical, disadvantageous or unreasonable they may acquire product in any manner the county deems best.

WHEREAS, Bonner County Board of Commissioners has determined competitive solicitation is impractical, disadvantageous or unreasonable under the circumstances and that there is only one (1) vendor as a source or procurement and the procurement shall be published in the official newspaper of the political subdivision at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the award of the contract.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioner of Bonner County that the County shall publish its intent to enter into a sole source contract with Oxford Inc. for the reasons stated above. Such notice will be published fourteen (14) calendar days prior to award of said contract.
