NOTICE OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed Bids will be received by Bonner County at the office of the County Clerk of said County on or before the 5th day of April, 2007, until the hour of 9:30 a.m. for the 2007 Liquid Asphalt Bid.

The project generally consists of supplying liquid asphalt in Bonner County.

Bids will be opened in the office of the Commissioners at the Bonner County Court House on April 5, 2007, at 9:30 am on said date. All interested individuals are welcome to attend.

Bid forms, bidder's instructions, and specifications and contract forms may be examined at the following location:

Bonner County Public Works Office, 4100 McGhee Road, Suite C, Sandpoint, ID 83864, Phone 208-255-5681.

Copies may be obtained at the Public Works Office.

All bids shall be presented or otherwise delivered to the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners under seal with a concise statement marked on the outside thereof identify-ing the expenditure to which the bid pertains.

All bids shall contain one of the following forms of bidder's security in an amount equal to 5% of the amount bid: (a) Cash, (b) Cashiers Check made payable to the County, (c) Certified Check made payable to the County, or (d) Bidder's bond executed by a qualified Idaho Surety Company, made payable to the County.

The right is reserved to reject any or all Bids.
