NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold a public hearing at the following time on Wednesday, April 11, 2007, in the Board Room of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following request:
1:30 P.M. - FILE SS1445-06 - ROLAND PLAT - PRELIMINARY PLAT - GUY & DANIELLE ROLAND are requesting preliminary plat approval to subdivide +/-20.05 acres into two lots of 10 and 10.05 acres. The property is located +/-8 miles southwest of Sandpoint on Lakeshore Drive. The property is zoned Rural and is located in Section 2, Township 56 North, Range 3 West, B.M.
Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearing to verify if this item will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.

IN THE EVENT THAT OCCUPANCY OF THE BOARD ROOM EXCEEDS FIRE CODE STANDARDS, THE HEARINGS COULD BE RELOCATED TO ANOTHER PUBLIC LOCATION WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. SIGNS WILL BE POSTED IDENTIFYING THE NEW LOCATION.
