PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE is hereby given that the Ponderay City Council shall conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, the 2nd day of April, 2007, at Ponderay City Hall, 288 4th Street, commencing at 6:00 p.m. Said hearing is for the purpose of public input for the following:

1. A petition by The Wild Rose Foundation, Inc. to vacate the plat and rights of way that are

internal to the plat and not the recorded 20' easement that runs north and south along the west property line (Instrument No. 496612, Records of Bonner County, Idaho), in Blocks 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Starr's Acreage 1st Addition; S2-T57N-R2W, Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Ponderay, Idaho.

A full legal description of the above property is available from the City Clerk upon request.

Written comments must be received by the Ponderay City Council, P.O. Box 500, Ponderay, Idaho 83852, one week prior to the hearing date. Any person needing special accommodations to participate in the above noticed meeting should contact the City Clerk's office five (5) days prior to the meeting at 265-5468 or by mail.
