ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Separate Sealed Bids for the Southside Water and Sewer District 2007 Dolsby Station Improvements will be received by J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. at their office located at 7825 Meadowlark Way, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho 83815 until 3:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday April 4, 2007. Bids will be opened and publicly read at the above hour, date, and location.

The project consists of constructing a new submersible lift station, valve vault, and minor amounts of connective piping plus decommissioning the existing lift station.

A Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount bid is required, and a Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.

Bid documents may be obtained at the office of J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. for bidding purposes for a non-refundable fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per set. The standard set of contract documents includes reduced (half-size) drawings. Full size drawings may be obtained at J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. for an additional $3.00 per sheet.
