Mary Lee Farrell, 63, passed away on Monday, March 26, 2007, in Sandpoint, Idaho.

A memorial gathering will be held at 10 a.m. on Sunday, April 1, 2007, in the Sandpoint Seventh-day Adventist Church. Pastor Matt Lombard will officiate.

Mary was born in Portland, Ore., on March 24, 1944, the daughter of George and Berniece Hall. She graduated from Enumclaw High School in Enumclaw, Wash., in 1961.

She moved to Paradise Valley, Calif., and completed a three-year nursing program to become a registered nurse. She lived in Yellville, Ark., working as a registered nurse, prior to moving to Sandpoint in 1979. She worked for Bonner General Hospital for many years and then later as a home health care nurse. She continued working as long as her health would permit.

Mary was a member of the Sandpoint Seventh-day Adventist Church and was active in different committees of the church. She loved her family, her birds and squirrels, her garden, her flowers and sharing with others.

She is survived by her son, Jason Farrell of Chattanooga, Tenn.; and her mother Berniece Elliott of Sandpoint; as well as other relatives and many, many friends.

Her father George Hall preceded her in death.
