PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearings at the following times on Wednesday, April 18, 2007, in the Board Room of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:

1:45 P.M. - FILE S1396-06 - D-PAT ESTATES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - DAVID & PATRICIA VIG TRUST is proposing to subdivide a +/-40 acre parcel into eight +/-5 acre lots. The subject property is zoned Rural and is accessed by Bayview Road, +/-20 miles south of Sandpoint in Section 30, Township 54 North, Range 2 West, B.M. The Planning & Zoning Commission at its regularly scheduled public hearing of March 15, 2007, recommended approval of this application to the Board of County Commissioners.

2:00 P.M. - FILE S1166-05 - NICKALENA ESTATES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - RALPH & INEZ LARSON are proposing to subdivide a +/-326 acres into 12 residential lots, of 10 acres each and "designated remainders"of +/-109 acres and 97 acres. The subject property is zoned Agricultural and is accessed by Curtis Creek and Spirit Lake Cut-off Roads, in Section 33, Township 55 North, Range 4 West, B.M., +/-11 miles southeast of the City of Priest River. The Planning & Zoning Commission at its regularly scheduled public hearing of March 15, 2007, recommended approval of this application to the Board of County Commissioners.

Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearings to verify if these items will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.

IN THE EVENT THAT OCCUPANCY OF THE BOARD ROOM EXCEEDS FIRE CODE STANDARDS, THE HEARINGS COULD BE RELOCATED TO ANOTHER PUBLIC LOCATION WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. SIGNS WILL BE POSTED IDENTIFYING THE NEW LOCATION.
