NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at the following time on Thursday, April 12, 2007, in Courtroom 4 of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following request:

7:15 P.M. - FILE C875-07 - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A PUBLIC UTILITY COMPLEX FACILITY (PUCF) - U.S. FOREST SERVICE / GRANITE REEDER WATER & SEWER DISTRICT are seeking a conditional use permit for a public utility complex facility to allow for the construction and operation of a wastewater treatment and disposal facility and installation of transmission lines in the general area of Nordman, on the west side of Priest Lake, +/-30 miles north of Priest River. The disposal site is located on 80 acres currently owned by the U.S. Forest Service on Reeder Bay Road in Section 17, Township 61 North, Range 4 West, B.M. The transmission lines will be installed throughout the Granite Reeder Water & Sewer District boundaries, encompassing Sections 9, 16, 17, 19 and 20 of Township 61, Range 4 West, B.M.

Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearing to verify if this item will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.
