PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearings at the following times on Wednesday, May 23, 2007, in the Board Room of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:

1:30 P.M. - FILE S1462-07 - BOULDER ESTATES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - STEVEN & LESLIE SCHUBARTH are proposing to subdivide a +/-56-acre parcel into 8 lots ranging from 5.01acres to 11.63 acres. The subject property is zoned Rural, and is located off Ott's Basin Road +/-9 miles southwest of Sandpoint off Dufort Road in Section 23, Township 56 North, Range 3 West. The Planning & Zoning Commission at its regularly scheduled public hearing of April 12, 2007, recommended approval of this application to the Board of County Commissioners.

1:45 P.M. - FILE S1395-06 - COUNTRYSIDE PARADISE - PRELIMINARY PLAT - BLESSING FAMILY TRUST is seeking approval to subdivide a +/-40 acre tract into five lots from +/-6 to +/-13 acres in size. The site is zoned Rural and is located off of Irish Road from Dufort Road, +/-15 miles southwest of Sandpoint in Section 35, Township 56 North, Range 3 West. The Planning & Zoning Commission at its regularly scheduled public hearing of April 12, 2007, recommended approval of this application to the Board of County Commissioners.

2:00 P.M. - FILES C872-07 - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND S1460-07 - WATER VIEW ESTATES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - SANDRA BANEY & DARCY MYERS are seeking approval for a small-scale planned unit development and preliminary plat to subdivide 20.35 acres into +/-5.6 acres common area and 5 lots ranging in size from 2.30 acres to 3.91 acres. The site is zoned Rural and is located off of Upper Pack River Road, +/-17 miles north of the City of Sandpoint, in Section 3, Township 59 North, Range 2 West, B.M. The Planning & Zoning Commission at its regularly scheduled public hearing of April 12, 2007, recommended approval of these applications to the Board of County Commissioners.

Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearings to verify if these items will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.

IN THE EVENT THAT OCCUPANCY OF THE BOARD ROOM EXCEEDS FIRE CODE STANDARDS, THE HEARINGS COULD BE RELOCATED TO ANOTHER PUBLIC LOCATION WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. SIGNS WILL BE POSTED IDENTIFYING THE NEW LOCATION.
