ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Idaho Department of Fish and Game, 600 South Walnut, P.O. Box 25, Boise, Idaho 83707, until 3:00 p.m., prevailing local time, on May 24, 2007 for DFG Project No. 2007-111. The project consists of construction of a 1288 square foot residence. The project is located at the Cabinet Gorge Fish Hatchery east of Clark Fork, Idaho in Bonner County. A pre-bid tour is scheduled for Thursday, May 17, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. Meeting place for this pre-bid tour will be on-site (see Vicinity Map). Please call Michael Maffey at 208/334-3730 if you plan on attending.

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid is required.

Documents may be obtained for bidding purposes from the Department of Fish and Game, Bureau of Engineering, 600 South Walnut (P. O. Box 25), Boise, Idaho, Atten: Michael S. Maffey, Phone (208) 334-3730. No deposit is required. However, documents shall be returned to the above address.

A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC work to be accomplished by a Public Works Licensed Contractor. Include names and Public Works License number on sub-contractor list as part of bid.
